<<<Dinner-Tacos: corn tortillas, ground beef with Trader Joes taco seasoning, goat cheese, avocado, refried beans, lettuce. Sometimes I add a little bit of tomatillo salsa or ketchup. Yeah...ketchup. What can I say? I grew up with it.
>>>Breakfast- Breakfast casserole (sweet potatoes, eggs, spinach, sausage), Paleo chocolate waffles, my special sauce (almond butter, coconut oil and honey) and strawberries and grapes for the rest of my family. Raspberry tea. I love luxurious Saturday morning breakfasts when Brian can be home and eat with us!
