When your day starts with a fried egg sandwich, with Paleo waffles for the bread, that's a good morning.😊
Dinner- Broccoli, fresh, sweet corn on the cob from the produce stand down the road, small lettuce and carrot salad with my HM dressing, and a turkey patty. Fast and easy.
After church dinner/snack- fried eggs (the yolks were perfect, just the way I love them), fried Spam (yep, that's right, we eat it. Not all the time though.), and avocado. And Yogi Bedtime tea.
Saturday morning breakfast- Paleo waffles, scrambled eggs with Spam and cheese, grapes, and a few fresh veggies.
Lunch- Broccoli, shredded sweet potatoes, cheese and sourcream, and ground beef. Tasted kinda like a casserole I ate growing up...and kinda like a loaded baked potato. I just threw together some leftovers for a quick meal, and it turned out good. Don't be afraid to experiment. Especially if you batch cook.
Scrambled eggs, roasted sweet potatoes and avocado. Tea.
Date night! Fiamma Burger is so good and their sweet potato fires are the best! They also have GF buns and a GF fryer too, so the fries aren't contaminated. Love it when restaurants are accommodating like that! Ordered to-go and ate our burgers in the park nearby.
Date night dessert-Acme dark chocolate ice cream from Rocket Donuts. After the burgers we went for a long walk down a pier over the bay and then to town to get ice cream. It was a lovely evening, and I had the best company💑
Huge salad, loaded with: roasted sweet potato, carrots, ham, avocado, green onions, and HM dressing. With carrot juice, yum!
Sandwich! Ham and Kerrygold cheese with butter lettuce and avocado oil mayonnaise. I don't eat sandwiches that often, so they are a treat for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Cauliflower puree with ground beef & sweet potatoes. I love this any but especially for breakfast. Batch cooking make it easy to have this healthy breakfast ready right away.
