WhatIEat#32 (low lectin)

Salad loaded with grilled chicken, boiled eggs  and my HM dressing. Late dinner- quick scramble of eggs, leftover sweet potato and spinach,  side of avocado, and a low carb, no sugar chocolate mug cake with French butter. My chicken stew with Paleo naan cut into strips and added to stew likw noddles or dumplings. So yummy. Large, lovely salad with avocado and sweet potato and tuna with avocado mayo. More chicken stew with naan. Dinner on the go- leftover cauliflower puree, roasted kale and turkey.  Breakfast scramble- eggs, spinach, ground turkey, goat gouda (from Trader Joe's, SO good) and avocado Family dinner- steamed mixed veg, beef burger with Comte cheese (raw French cow cheese), grilled onion slices, avocado mayo, lettuce, and grilled sweet potatoes. Paleo naan tacos with ground beef, red onion, cilantro, lettuce, avoacado. Chicken stew, roasted broccoli, paleo naan, and GF cornbread for my family Oh this was such a treat! Chocolat
